Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Subscription of Nesas Hemp products, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the current Subscription rate, and for the frequency chosen (every 1 month, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 6 weeks or 2 months) and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging in to your account, see cancellation terms.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery. Once you subscribe, Nesas Hemp will automatically process your Subscription fee and ship your products:

• 1 month subscription: on the same date each month as the day of month of original purchase.
• 2 weeks subscription: every 14 days beginning on the date of original purchase.
• 3 weeks subscription: every 21 days beginning on the date of original purchase.
• 6 weeks subscription: every 42 days beginning on the date of original purchase.
• 2 months subscription: on the same date, every other month beginning on the date of purchase.

You agree to a minimum of 3 shipments of your Subscription to receive the Subscription rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first 3 shipments. If you cancel your Subscription prior to the 3 shipments within your account, we will automatically process your Subscription fee for the 3-shipment requirement and at the end of the 3 shipments period your Subscription will be automatically cancelled.

If you are going on vacation or need to change/postpone the date of delivery and/or address, you may make changes within your account up to 2 times. If additional updates are needed, please create a new account.
