PAYMENT & WHOLESALE TERMS

Pre-paid payment is required. An invoice will be sent to the Billing Address referencing your purchase order. The product will be shipped to the Shipping Address when payment has been processed. Payment options: ACH or check. All purchase requests must be emailed to support@nesashemp.com.

A minimum order of 10 units is required for wholesale pricing. Customer pricing must be set at Nesa's Hemp retail price or up to a maximum of 10% off the retail price. Exchanges for damaged products must be requested within 3 days with photos. If your customers are dissatisfied after 30 days, you are required to educate them on dosage adjustments or refer them to our support team. Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Returns below the 10-unit wholesale minimum purchase will incur the full retail price for unreturned items. Shipping costs will be determined by Nesa's Hemp and billed to the Wholesaler. Payment via ACH or check is required before shipping.
